Net worth
What you have, minus what you owe. A home you live in is wealth only if you would sell it. It is not money for a Tuesday bill.
Net worth
₹60,000
Assets minus debts. The home is included only at the value you typed.
Spendable
₹40,000
Cash and investments, minus debts. The home and the locked balance stay out.
Assets
₹60,000
Before debts.
How the number is calculated
Assets are cash, investments, the locked balance, and the home value you typed. Net worth is assets minus debts. Spendable is cash plus investments, minus debts. The home and the locked balance stay out of spendable, because a lived-in home is spendable only if sold, and a provident-fund balance is not the emergency fund.
How to use it
Leave the home at zero if you rent. If you own and would not sell, leave it at zero too, and read net worth as everything else. Debts include a credit-card balance you revolve, not only a formal loan. The emergency fund is the cash part of this picture, kept where you can reach it.
What this leaves out
The price your investments would actually fetch tomorrow, tax on selling them, and furniture, a bike, or anything else you did not type. It does not say whether to borrow. Nothing you type is kept for the next visit.
